The pSP70 - pSP73 vectors are plasmids designed
to provide a versatile range of cloning strategies and
efficient synthesis of RNA in vitro (1). The SP6 and T7
RNA polymerase promoters flank the multiple cloning region
which makes possible the synthesis of RNA corresponding
to either strand of DNA from a single plasmid construction.
