CinnaGen is exclusive represents  SEQLAB services in Iran.
The resulting sequence is basically edited. All Ns in the peak start point region are removed from the sequence and the whole sequence is cleaned up from gross irregularities during a survey. All data are kept in stock for 3 months at SEQLAB giving you the opportunity to order additional sequence data beyond those e.g. 550 bases, which you originally have ordered and you have been delivered with.
If the sequencing result had been good then, you might possibly receive at once additional 300 bases on the electronic way.

Sequencing order Hot Shots only!
Send the right amount of DNA solved in water plus 20 picomoles of sequencing primer already mixed together in a 0.2 ml tube with flat cap. Don't wrap any parafilm etc. around the cup, but put it into a stable box or plastic tube as protector and for PCR products depending on their lengths:
for 1000 bp 200 ng, for 500 bp 100 ng and for a 200 bp long fragment 40 ng. The resulting sequences are not edited, the reactions can't be repeated.

Protein sequencing!
We offer a protein sequencing according to Edman's degradation, where the cleave-off of the single amino acid is followed by a successive detection.
Our service consists of:
- Chromatograms and process data of the respective runs
- Log data for all cleft off amino acids
- Sequence proposal
- Specification and lot numbers of the employed chemicals

Requisitions for the proteins to sequence:
- Proteins must be lyophilized
- If possible, please provide the chromatogram
- With proteins coming from blots, one should see a clear coomassie band
- Please use only PVDF membranes for blotting
- Avoid contact of the protein with acetic acid because this makes it unsequenceable

The delivery time is approximately two weeks.
