TBE Buffer (Ultra Pure)
is a premixed liquid used for sequencing and agarose gel
electrophoresis. Each packet of buffer contains 0.045M
Tris-borate and 0.001M EDTA. These components are mixed
to save time and provide gel-to-gel consistency.
