This Kit is a complete system for efficient
first strand cDNA synthesis from mRNA templates. RevertAid™First
Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit uses RevertAid™ M-MuLV
reveres transcriptase. This enzyme is a genetically engineered
version of the Molony Murine Leukemia Virus reverse transcriptase
with low RNase H activity. This allows the synthesis of
full-length cDNA from long templates (up to 13kb).

All components of the
kit are tested in a standard first strand cDNA synthesis
reaction using a polyadenylated RNA transcript as a control
template (with specific control primer, Oligo (dT)18 and
random hexamer).
