purified from human placenta. RNasin reduces the activity
of RNase A-type enzymes in a variety of organisms.

Note
Requires DTT
for activity. The addition of DTT is recommended if the
vial containing ribonuclease inhibitor is opened frequently
during storage. RNase will recover activity after inactivation
of the inhibitor at temperatures above 55°C or in
the presence of 7M urea.
