and reagents used for PCR. Using this kit, one may obtain
a PCR product using various annealing temperatures. Control
DNA and related primers are included.
This kit is an excellent control for any PCR test and
includes all necessary buffers and reagents for 20 reactions
(100µl each). PCR Check System could be used along
with other PCR tests in parallel for assessment of PCR
process. Kit's reagents are present in separate vials
and can be replaced with other reagents suspected of efficiency
and quality.
