| Description |
Gonadorelin is a synthetic
analog of LH-RH, which is a releasing hormone that release
luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone
(FSH) from the anterior lobe of the pituitary.
Due to it's pharmacological action Gonadorelin is a drug
proven to promote the level of conception and reproduction
performance in farming animals including cattle, mares,
rabbits and fish. Several dose response clinical studies
have been carried out and in all investigations the results
have indicated high conception rate. The increase in offspring
output is economically advantageous for the farming industry
extending the profit margins. |

| Indications |
Cattle
- Fertility disorders of ovarian origins, specially follicular
cysts, delayed ovulation, follicle atresia and anoestrusin
cycling and non-cycling animals
- For increasing the conception rate in artificial insemination
procedures
- Prophylaxis of fertility disorders by early cycle induction
post partum
Mares
- Induction of ovulation, establishing more exactly the
time of ovulation and increasing the conception rate
- Cystic changes of the ovaries with or without prolonged
or permanent oestrus
Rabbits
- For improving the conception rate and induction of ovulation
in postpartum insemination |
