| Description |
PEN-50 DNA was completely digested with
Eco147I and PvuI, phenol extracted, ethanol precipitated
and dissolved in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 1mM EDTA. The
DNA ladder yields the following 13 discrete fragments
(in base pairs): 1031, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300,
250, 200, 150, 100, 50.
GeneRuler™ 50bp DNA ladder was diluted in a loading
dye to a concentration of 0.1mg/ml. The DNA ladder can
be loaded directly on agarose gel. |

FF and 10% glycerol. |
| Note |
· The bright bands
at 500bp, 200bp and 100bp serve as references.

GeneRuler™50bp DNA ladder can be used for DNA quantification.
· Apply 1µl of the DNA ladder per 1mm gel
lane width
