| Description |
Plasmids were completely digested with appropriate
restriction endonucleases, phenol extracted, ethanol precipitated
and dissolved in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), and 1mM EDTA.
Then the digests were mixed. The DNA ladder yields the
following 14 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 3000,
2000, 1500, 1200, 1031, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400,
300, 200, 100.
GeneRuler™ 100bp DNA Ladder Plus was diluted in a
loading dye to a concentration of 0.1mg/ml. The DNA ladder
can be loaded directly on agarose gels. |

· The bright band
at 500bp serves as a reference.
