| Description |
pME-80 DNA was completely digested with
Eco147I and PvuI, phenol extracted, ethanol precipitated
and dissolved in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), and 1mM EDTA.
The DNA ladder yields the following 11 discrete fragments
(in base pairs): 1031, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300,
200, 100, 80. GeneRuler™ 100bp DNA ladder was diluted
in a loading dye to a concentration of 0.1mg/ml. The DNA
ladder can be loaded directly on agarose gel. |

· The bright band
at 500bp serves as a reference.
· GeneRuler™
100bp DNA ladder is convenient for analysis of PCR products

width.
· Do not heat before loading. |
